The BT Complaint Continues
AHHHH
After all the crazyness of actually getting our line installed in the new flat, today I’ve had a letter thanking me for my order of a new telephone line…in our old flat!
Well I’ve kicked off to BTs customer service, they’ve said sorry but couldn’t send me any letter confirming what my contracts are. (Not forgetting when I first phoned on my way home I was told I wasn’t the account holder!)
The odd thing is, our phone line has now stopped working again. Nice.
I’ve booked off the line fault, and sent my complaint back in. I’ll let you know how this goes!
