BT Complaint: It gets worse!
I cant believe this. I have recieved a bill for a telephone number that doesn’t belong to me! The bill has my name on it, but its for the wrong address, and wrong number. A quick google shows the number belonging to the shop below our flat.
I’ve decided not to call today, as it would have taken an age to get though an I’ve got other things to do on a Friday evening.
This is just getting stupid. We should have just got Virgin Media instead of going with BT in the first place!
The thing is. Theres another shop moving in downstairs. I’m waiting for something else to go wrong. If anyone knows any good people in BT who has enough common sense to sort this out please let me know!
