BT Complaint: An Update

BT ComplaintOh my word. I’ve spent 40 minutes on the phone to BT, 15 minutes of this on hold, 25 minutes* was repeating over and over again, that I do not work for and I have nothing to do with the Shop downstairs.

The best agreement I managed to get was an offer to waive setup charges, but I would still need to pay for phone charges. I have to admit - I did a lil angry at this point. Why do I have to pay for phone calls when I didn’t have a phone line when the phone calls were made?

The result is, “This is being escalated to the Senior Team”, who will call me back.

To say that I’m not overly optimistic about an easy result would be an over statement!

*I may have been saying a little more then that - but not much more!
