The BT Complaint - The story continues
Well we’ve had an email which starts off by saying the following:
I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced while trying to resolve this matter over the telephone. This is certainly not the level of service we set out to provide our customers. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you have been caused.
I have checked your old address and can confirm that your line was stopped at your old property on 25.07.08 and there is no order for you to take over this service again. You only have a contract for service at your new address.
Interesting comments, seeing as I’ve recieved a mad bill for the Shop below us. Its almost as if no one inn BT really knows whats happening. I’ve emailed back requesting them (in the light of the above comment) to explain why I’ve been billed for a totally different phone line as well as my own.
Seeing as I’m getting one decent communication from BT per week, I’m not expecting this to be settled anytime soon.
