Oh my word. I’ve spent 40 minutes on the phone to BT, 15 minutes of this on hold, 25 minutes* was repeating over and over again, that I do not work for and I have nothing to do with the Shop downstairs.

I cant believe this. I have recieved a bill for a telephone number that doesn’t belong to me! The bill has my name on it, but its for the wrong address, and wrong number. A quick google shows the number belonging to the shop below our flat.
